We are always looking to promote and support local businesses in Liberty Village and one of the newer businesses we are really excited about is The Liberty Village Cleaning Company (more commonly known as LVCleanCo).
LVCleanCo is a locally-based cleaning service dedicated to condos lofts and townhouses in Liberty Village, exclusively. You can see if your building is serviced here.
What makes LVCleanCo different than other residential cleaning services is that they have simplified the booking and payment process. A lot of other services will ask you to call in for a quote based on condo size and the number of cleaners you want etc. LVClean has a flat-fee price list based on the size of your condo:
Small Condo (up to 600sqft) $65.00 + HST
Medium Condo (600sqft – 799sqft) $75.00 + HST
Large Condo (800sqft to 1200sqft) $95.00 + HST
Extra Large Condo (1200sqft+) $105.00 + HST
Prices are reasonable and they do a fantastic job! Plus payment can be made through PayPal on the LVClean website. How easy is that?
Your LVClean cleaner will show up with a cleaning kit and they only use eco-friendly, carcinogen-free cleaning products made by Montreal-based “Attitude”. They do ask you to provide a mop and vacuum (if carpeted).
LVClean is run by Marie-Noelle, a local Liberty Villager (and mother) and a handful of carefully chosen and experienced cleaners who will go out of their way to brighten, freshen and clean your space.
