Some might argue that the frenzied ‘spring market’ in Liberty Village started early this year. I’d probably agree with that. With about 150 MLS sales of Liberty Village condos since January 1 compared with 83 sales during the same period (Jan 1 – end of March) last year, we are looking at close to double the sales activity in Liberty Village. Pretty amazing!
Similar to last year, Liberty Village condos are spending an average of 28 days on the market and selling for 99% of the list price.
